Job Summary
Retail Store Manager II at Mobilelink oversees all sales and operations for the assigned Cricket Wireless location, leading a team to achieve sales, customer service, and inventory objectives. Responsibilities include executing in-store sales, service, and customer experience initiatives; coaching and developing staff; ensuring a welcoming store environment; training employees on products and promotions; coordinating with HR and Loss Prevention; staffing to budgeted hours; supporting outside events for brand growth; and participating in product/service launches and process improvements. Requirements include two years of proven retail sales management experience, two years of recruiting and developing store sales teams, strong sales and leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop others, flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, holidays), reliable transportation within a 30-minute radius, and a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Notable duties also involve training on promotions, maintaining compliance, and engaging in community events to drive customer acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience
- Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
- Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
- Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Shift: 8-hour shift - Weekdays and every Saturday
