Job Summary
Retail Store Manager responsible for owning the sales and operations of the store, coaching and developing a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Lead by example to exceed sales goals, launch new products/services with partners, ensure store cleanliness and efficiency, handle compliance and reporting, and drive overall store performance in a fast-growing Cricket Wireless dealer environment. Requires 1+ year retail sales management, strong leadership and people development skills, ability to work evenings/weekends, and a valid driver’s license. Salary base plus commission with unlimited earning potential and comprehensive benefits in a full-time role based in Sherwood, AR.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail sales management experience
- commissioned sales environment experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
