Job Summary
As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll own the sales and operations of your store, leading by example to coach a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store performance. Responsibilities include managing inventory, rolling out new products and services with the District Manager, training and developing the team to sell with confidence, maintaining a welcoming and efficient store environment, coaching on the sales floor, and handling compliance and reporting. Requires 1+ year of retail sales management experience, ability to lead and recruit, strong sales skills, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Location: Oshkosh, WI.
