Job Summary
Lead and manage the store's sales and operations for Mobilelink's Cricket Wireless dealer location. Inspire and coach a team to consistently exceed sales goals while delivering top-notch customer service, manage inventory, rollout new products and services with District Manager, and ensure a clean, welcoming store environment. Develop and train the team to sell with confidence, handle compliance and reporting, and play an active role on the sales floor to motivate staff. Requires proven retail sales management experience, a passion for developing teams, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail sales management experience
- commissioned sales environment experience (preferred)
- strong leadership and coaching ability
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
