Job Summary
Lead a 25–40 person store team at Goodwill of North Georgia in Buford, GA to drive strong sales and an exceptional guest experience. Own store performance across team, financial, operations, and guest experience; hire, train, and develop hourly team members and lead Assistant Store Managers and Shift Supervisors to build a strong bench of talent. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting donors/customers, maintaining store appearance, leading monthly meetings with staff and with the Director/other store managers, and maintaining company records and reporting. Skills and experience in team leadership, budgeting, SOP adherence, change management, hiring and development, and proficiency with MS Office are desired; bilingual ability and prior military or not-for-profit experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supervising teams of 30 or more employees
- A strong familiarity with developing budgets and creating plans to exceed financial expectations
- A focus on maintaining and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Demonstrated capacity to embrace change
- Demonstrated decision making abilities
- Experience with hiring and developing staff
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite
