Job Summary
Manage daily operations of the Lindt Retail Boutique, driving corporate sales and maximizing store profitability through strict adherence to customer service standards. Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of Retail Sales Associates while supervising staff to optimize sales, service, and profit. Handle daily cash reconciliation, merchandise ordering, inventory management, and loss prevention alongside payroll and store administration. Maintain high standards for merchandising presentation, cleanliness, and food safety while conducting on-going performance management and employee reviews. Requires 2-5 years of retail management experience, bilingual French and English skills, and a passion for chocolate. Salary range $57,000-$71,000 CAD with a 15% performance bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Post secondary education
- 2-5 years of retail management experience
- Strong oral and written communication abilities (French and English)
- A history of going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service
