Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the donated-goods retail location in Meridian, MS. Supervise all retail employees, manage budgeting and inventory, coordinate backroom processes with the Retail Sales Executive, and develop staff through training. Ensure customer satisfaction, enforce policy and procedures, conduct payroll/scheduling, handle banking and cash procedures, maintain POS accuracy, and promote a safe, confidential work environment. Perform housekeeping, support loss prevention, and drive sales through staff development and excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree preferred or at least one year of experience managing 15-20 employees in food services, manufacturing, production, or retail in lieu of education.
- NRF Certification within six months of job acceptance.
