Job Summary
Lead a design-minded store team in Roswell to deliver exceptional client experiences and uphold the brand’s refined aesthetic. Oversee daily store operations from open to close and coach a high-performing team to meet performance goals. Elevate the client journey with thoughtful solutions, maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards, and drive repeat business using CRM tools. Partner with regional leadership on local strategy, budgets, and growth opportunities while modeling accountability and professionalism. Must recruit, train, and mentor staff who reflect the company values and deliver memorable client experiences.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, design, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least three years of retail or design experience, including two years in a leadership role; luxury retail experience preferred.
