Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, while coaching, training, and developing store associates to achieve sales and customer service goals. Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to meet targets, and manage inventory control, merchandising standards, and loss prevention initiatives. Create staff schedules, handle administrative responsibilities, and support recruiting, onboarding, and performance management activities to foster a positive, customer-focused shopping experience. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Requires previous retail store management experience, strong leadership skills, and ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays. Base salary ranges from USD $55,000 to $75,000.
