Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, including employee training, payroll alignment, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Manage sales forecasting, loss prevention, and customer service while maintaining property upkeep for ponds, greenhouses, and outdoor areas. Ensure all associates meet KPIs and adhere to company policies during high-volume shifts. Available for varied weekly schedules including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in Retail Store Management or similar industry
- 3-4 years of experience managing and leading a team of associates
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Available for varied weekly shifts including weekends, holidays, peak seasons, open and closings as needed
- Physical requirement involving the exertion of force up to 45 pounds, including standing, lifting, and walking flights of stairs
Desired Qualifications
- Heavy machinery operation experience
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to carry out job responsibilities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with ponds, aquariums, aquatic plants or fish
