Job Summary
Lead overall operations and performance of the experiential retail store by managing daily workflows, optimizing store activities, and executing local marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and brand awareness. Direct the sales team to achieve targets while maintaining high customer service standards, recruiting new staff, and analyzing performance data to identify improvement opportunities. Build strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and participate in location selection and renovation to align with the company's marketing strategy. Fluently speak Thai and English with a background in financial institutions or retail store management.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a financial institution or an organization related to the money market or capital market, or management experience relevant to the securities industry
- minimum of 3 years' experience in retail store management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and customers at all levels
- Must pass the company's internal financial products e-learning assessment during the probation period
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective business strategies
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a self-driven mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Mandarin Chinese
- Candidates who hold an Investment Consultant license, or are willing to obtain one after joining the company
