Retail Store Manager

Responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the assigned Burlington, ON cannabis retail location, including staff management, customer service, product presentation, inventory management, and implementing seasonal changes and promotions. Act as a steward of compliance and education, leading by example while enforcing company standards. Drive sales growth and ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance, maintain accurate records, coordinate pricing and merchandise presentation, and supervise all staff to ensure productive operations across all hours. Strong emphasis on leadership, training, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
