Job Summary
Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability, including delegating store activities and leading, training, and developing store associates. Provide every customer with a positive shopping experience while safeguarding company assets and building community relationships through outreach and partnerships. Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, enforce company policies, and implement operational and merchandising direction from corporate headquarters. This full-time role in Cleveland, Ohio, offers a salary range of $46,995.52 to $59,001.28. Required Qualifications
- Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height
- Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Must be able to provide certain detailed background information necessary to obtain a license to sell alcoholic beverages / tobacco products
