Job Summary
Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability, including delegating store activities to ensure smooth daily functions. Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth while safeguarding company assets and building strong community relationships through outreach and partnerships. Provide every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Implement operational and merchandising direction communicated from corporate headquarters. Required Qualifications
- Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height
- Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
