Job Summary
Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability, delegating store activities to ensure smooth daily execution. Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth while safeguarding company assets and enforcing policies. Provide every customer with a positive shopping experience and build strong community relationships through active outreach and partnerships. Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Full-time position in Harrisburg Westville, Ohio, with a salary range of $43,994 to $54,999.36.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height
- Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Must be able to provide certain detailed background information necessary to obtain a license to sell alcoholic beverages / tobacco products
