Job Summary
Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability, including delegating store activities and leading, training, and developing store associates. Safeguard company assets, ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and enforce company policies while implementing operational and merchandising direction from corporate headquarters. Provide every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience and build strong community relationships through outreach and partnerships. This full-time role in Bridgeville, PA (24289) requires the ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and involves frequent standing, walking, and repetitive lifting.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height
- Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
