Job Summary
Store Manager to lead associates, drive store sales, manage daily operations, train staff, ensure compliance, safeguard assets, and build community relationships. Responsibilities include overseeing all store activities to maximize sales and profitability, developing and mentoring store associates, delivering a positive customer experience, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies, and executing merchandising and operational direction from corporate headquarters. Strong emphasis on leadership, communication, customer service, asset protection, and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Retail management experience is preferred
- Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required
- Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
