Job Summary
Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability while leading, training, and developing store associates. Delegate daily store activities to ensure smooth operations and safeguard company assets. Provide every customer with a positive shopping experience and build strong community relationships through outreach and partnerships. Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations while enforcing company policies. Implement operational and merchandising direction from corporate headquarters. This full-time role in Dubuque requires the ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and involves frequent walking, standing, and repetitive lifting. Required Qualifications
- Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height
- Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Must be able to provide certain detailed background information necessary to obtain a license to sell alcoholic beverages / tobacco products
