Job Summary
Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability while delegating store activities to ensure smooth daily functions. Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth, and provide every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience. Safeguard company assets, build strong community relationships through outreach and partnerships, and ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Implement operational and merchandising direction from corporate headquarters. Full-time position in Compton; specialized licenses required for stores selling alcohol or tobacco.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height
- Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- High school diploma or equivalent
