Job Summary
Lead and develop the store team to maximize sales and profitability, oversee daily operations, and ensure a positive customer experience. Manage compliance with laws and company policies, implement merchandising direction from corporate, and build relationships with the community through outreach. Responsibilities include safeguarding assets, training and developing associates, and maintaining effective store operations. Requires strong communication, relationship-building, and ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 40 lbs, walking/standing, bending, and climbing). This is a full-time role at Family Dollar with potential considerations related to alcohol/tobacco licensing as applicable.
