Job Summary
Retail Store Manager responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer and employee experience, managing all store operations, driving financial targets, staffing and coaching, budgeting, and ensuring compliance. Drives merchandising, training, scheduling, inventory and cash handling, uses the Net Promoter System (NPS) to improve the in-store experience, leads a team typically 8-12 direct reports, and works nights/weekends with a dynamic, high-performance culture. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience: 5-7 years in related roles.
