Retail Store Manager

Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store and consistently deliver positive sales performance. Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures while exemplifying the Clarks Brand. Create a visually compelling and comfortable work environment for all colleagues. Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage. Requires retail and prior management experience. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
