Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervision at Circle K’s Louisville location. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and training employees; scheduling to maximize customer service; maintaining store image and stock; supervising cash handling, inventory, and safety procedures; resolving customer issues professionally; developing performance feedback and conducting timely appraisals; maintaining professional relationships with suppliers; ensuring merchandising and marketing standards are met; forecasting and analyzing sales and expenses to support profitable operations. Requires strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills, plus a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to corporate meetings as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- A valid driver’s license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings
- Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in related job descriptions
- Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in related job descriptions
- Ability to use computer, analyze reports, manage inventory and cash control
- Ability to communicate in English (oral and written)
