Job Summary
As a Retail Store Manager, you will analyze store performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and train team members on products and sales techniques. Key responsibilities include managing sales through effective customer experiences, minimizing losses, coordinating staff schedules, and addressing customer complaints. The ideal candidate will be a team player with supervisory experience who is passionate about retail, possesses customer service skills, and can effectively communicate with both customers and staff. Flexibility in work schedule is required, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory position
- Ability to lead and coach a team
- Demonstrate customer service skills
- Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes
- Understanding of POS register systems
