Job Summary
Lead by example, mentoring and inspiring your team daily while consistently providing an exceptional customer experience. Coach staff to develop their knowledge and skills, manage stock effectively, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Recruit, onboard, and induct high-calibre new team members, demonstrating initiative by keeping your knowledge current on pet care and products. Proactively support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships to drive community engagement. This role requires experience in store leadership, the ability to exceed sales targets, and strong business acumen. Based in Campbelltown, you will join a diverse, inclusive team committed to supporting people, pets, and the planet through sustainability projects and community partnerships.

- Experience in a similar store leadership role
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
