Job Summary
Conduct daily showroom maintenance, coach and motivate team members, and drive sales and financial performance while ensuring customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory, loss prevention, and operational tasks, resolving problems under pressure and collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes. Lead strategic goal setting and team development to exceed financial targets in a high-volume retail environment. Requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability with a full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership
- preferably in a sales-driven environment
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding financial targets
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's
- Ability to stand, walk, and interact on the showroom floor for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
- Capability to oversee store readiness and perform operational tasks
