Retail Store Manager- Bilingual Preferred

Responsible for the overall retail operations including recruitment, team development, profitability, managing expenses, accounts receivable, developing new business, store inventory and merchandising. Promote and support the Red Wing brand image through professional selling, building loyalty and long-lasting customer relationships by delivering the Ultimate Fit Experience and providing conscientious service. Essential duties include managing inter-store transfers and collections, analyzing monthly P&L and adjusting operating expenses, overseeing monthly labor models, ensuring merchandising and brand standards, maintaining inventory accuracy, leading by example with customer guidance and product knowledge, generating leads, achieving sales goals, maintaining store presentation and housekeeping standards, ongoing learning, safe working conditions, and collaboration with field partners. Recruitment, development, and training of store associates to meet operational and sales objectives, fostering inclusivity and morale, and supporting company training initiatives. Other duties include information systems usage, quality standards, compliance with policies, and maintaining a safe, drug-free workplace. This role requires strong communication, problem solving, and proficiency with technology; 18+ age requirement; 2 years of managerial experience; High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; willingness to perform additional duties as required.
