Job Summary
Rally your sales team daily to crush targets and boost revenue, then spend time on the floor coaching, mentoring, and motivating associates to win. Review performance metrics, provide feedback, and create personalized development plans to help each team member grow. Partner with your team to deliver tailored technology solutions, ensuring every customer leaves with the right product and a five-star experience. Interview candidates, onboard new hires, and actively build community presence by promoting the store and engaging with local organizations. Keep up with promotions, new product launches, and service updates so your team always has the latest info to share.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 2+ years of retail leadership experience
- Ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams while driving performance and achieving sales goals
