Job Summary
Rally sales teams, set clear goals, and implement strategies to crush targets and boost revenue. Spend time on the floor coaching, mentoring, and motivating associates while equipping them with tools to win. Review performance, provide feedback, and create personalized development plans to help team members grow. Partner with the team to deliver tailored technology solutions, ensuring every customer leaves with a five-star experience. Interview candidates, onboard new hires, and shape a strong, high-performing team. Keep up with promotions, new product launches, and service updates so your team always has the latest info to share. Actively build community presence by promoting the store, engaging with local organizations, and creating positive visibility for the location.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 2+ years of retail leadership experience
- Ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams while driving performance and achieving sales goals
