Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store by efficiently handling budget, facilities maintenance, merchandise, and inventory while overseeing personnel management, scheduling, recruitment, and retention. Lead the team to meet and exceed sales service goals, focusing on revenue growth, quality standards, and scorecard achievement through coaching associates on upselling and cross-selling. Mentor supervisory staff on complaint resolution and operations, collaborate with business lines to ensure positive customer experiences, and resolve customer complaints promptly. Prepare required reports using analytics to monitor results and enhance operational efficiencies, while building community relationships to generate business and coordinate promotional events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5–6 years of business experience
- 2–3 years in a supervisory role
- Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to navigate multiple websites and programs efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment
- Attainment of Membership and Travel Insurance License required within six months of acceptance of the position
- Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings
- Ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position
- Must pass state requirements for Tag and Title processing (in states where applicable)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Preferred knowledge of Department of Motor Vehicle laws
