Job Summary
Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally and rapidly addressing issues while monitoring Pawnbroker training. Recruit and retain top talent, then open and close the store, counting cash drawers and merchandise to ensure asset protection. Administer processes for inventory, loan management, merchandising, and enterprise reporting, while evaluating financial statements to drive profitability. Monitor loan qualification processes to ensure integrity, maintain FirstCash standards, and communicate profit objectives clearly to the team. Work 45+ hours weekly across multiple locations with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management and customer service experience
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others
- Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified
- Minimum Age: 18 years old
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Must have the ability to work a flexible retail schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays
- Store Managers will work 45+ hours a week
- Computer literate and able to operate Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems and common office machines
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Analytical skills
- Cash handling experience is required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent work ethic and strong business sense
- Must be able to work in multiple locations, as business needs dictate
Desired Qualifications
- Retail/sales experience is a PLUS
