Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, drive sales and service goals, manage and develop a retail sales team of consultants, coordinate merchandising and product launches, and perform off-site promotional activities as needed. Lead coaching and development to ensure team meets sales and service targets, provide guidance on merchandising and promotions, and partner with stakeholders to execute initiatives. Strong emphasis on leadership, customer experience, retail analytics, planning, and knowledge of wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry
- Prior management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
