Retail Store Management Trainee - 3253

Store Manager Trainee role focused on day-to-day store operations, leading and developing store staff, recruiting, driving profitability, cash handling, asset protection, inventory, loan management, and customer relations. Requires a minimum of six months of store-management experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays, and proficiency with POS systems. Must be willing to work in a retail environment handling jewelry, general merchandise, tools, electronics, firearms (FFL locations), and must be able to work 45+ hours per week. Firearms certification opportunity available; bilingual applicants encouraged. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus potential commission and bonuses, plus benefits and 401k eligibility.
