Job Summary
Store Manager Trainee oversees day-to-day store operations alongside the Store Manager, focusing on customer relations, training Pawnbrokers, recruitment, and driving profitability. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, cash handling, asset protection, inventory control, loan management, merchandising, store systems, and performance reporting; develop staff, promote a customer-centric environment, and support store financial goals. Requires 6+ months of Store Management experience, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays, and capability to work across multiple locations. Compensation includes hourly wage plus commission and performance bonuses, with additional benefits and programs such as Earned Wage Access, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
