Retail Store Management Trainee - 2033

Store Manager Trainee responsible for day-to-day store operations, leading and developing store employees, recruiting and retaining top talent, maximizing financial goals, and maintaining a customer-centric environment in a jewelry/general merchandise setting. The role requires prior store-management experience (minimum six months), supervisory ability, cash handling and POS proficiency, willingness to work 45+ hours per week, and the capacity to work across multiple locations. The position offers an hourly wage plus potential commission (2-8%) and performance bonuses, along with benefits such as tuition reimbursement, earned wage access, PTO/vacation accrual, 401(k), discounts, and other company programs.
