Job Summary
Store Manager Trainee, reporting with the Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations in a customer-centric environment. Responsible for developing staff, recruiting and retaining top talent, driving profitability, managing customer relations and satisfaction, analyzing inventory and financial statements, and upholding asset protection standards. Performs duties such as opening/closing the store, cash handling, loan management, merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6+) months of Store Management experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
- Cash handling experience is required
- Ability to operate Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems and other office machines
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others
- Should be able to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
