Job Summary
Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a Miami, FL retail store in a fast-paced, highly seasonal environment. Responsibilities include leading store operations, customer service, sales execution, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and developing staff for peak seasons; maintaining facility upkeep, merchandising, inventory, and adherence to company policies; independently managing tasks during off-season; handling cash and daily sales; coordinating repairs, safety, and vendor interactions; and ensuring staffing and operational standards during high-demand periods. Requires 3+ years of retail experience and 3-5+ years of management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work weekends and overtime, physical ability to walk, stand, bend, lift 25–50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

- Strong cash handling and cash control experience
