Retail Store Management

Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of company policies, standards, and initiatives. Coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotions, and pricing while reviewing receiving, transfers, debits/damages, and returns-to-vendor paperwork for inventory accuracy. Act as Manager on Duty to model Burlington SOPs, handle personnel relations issues, and manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budgets. Recruit, screen, and hire associates to meet staffing needs, facilitate onboarding and training, and oversee payroll budget management and workforce scheduling. Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
