Job Summary
Completes daily tasks for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs while maintaining relationships with Store Management. Conducts apprehensions per established guidelines, communicates with Associates on shrink initiatives, and addresses theft issues. Participates in investigations, supports shrink reduction goals, and promotes safety awareness. Requires excellent communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work flexibly. 0-2 years of retail or security experience is preferred.
