Job Summary
Lead staff and ensure assigned duties are performed properly while directing the station to complete transactions promptly and maintain excellent housekeeping standards. Enforce all company policies, including HSSE and food safety guidelines, and manage customer complaints in a positive manner. Lead execution of quality customer service on the forecourt and in the store, assist with receiving fuel deliveries, and manage inventory controls and daily invoice submissions. Respond to site emergencies, participate in mandatory training and drills, and monitor site waste and donation programs. Provide operational assistance to cashiers and attendants when traffic increases, maintaining floor presence for 80% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
- Must be able to talk and hear
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have color vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must be able to adjust focus
- Must be present/visible on the floor 80% of the time
- Must be able to stand

- Must be able to climb
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of petroleum retail experience
