Job Summary
Retail Store Lead supports the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, directs and trains associates on processes and service to ensure guest experience, drives sales, assists guests on the floor, maintains merchandising standards, and acts as cashier/sales associate during shifts. Key duties include setting daily direction, handling guest concerns, processing transactions, maintaining product knowledge and resort-wide knowledge, ensuring cleanliness and safety, managing inventory integrity through cycle counts and annual inventory, and executing ordering processes. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and preferred retail/sales experience with prior leadership experience.
