Job Summary

This part-time, seasonal position oversees store operations and provides leadership to retail associates in accordance with customer service standards. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, assisting supervisors with daily operations, monitoring the store floor, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are maintained. The role requires excellent guest service skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and proficiency with POS systems. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience working with point of sale (POS) system required
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum one year experience in a customer service and/or retail environment preferred
  • Minimum six months experience in the Astros Team Store preferred

Additional Requirements

  • 90% attendance policy
  • Availability for special events including Fan Fest, Postseason watch parties
