Retail Store Environment Team Member

Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards, deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in finding products, and perform duties including trash disposal, floor cleaning, and equipment movement. Conduct deep cleaning of key areas (bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, high-traffic zones), notify supervisor for supplies, and complete tasks per supervisor. Interact positively with customers and team members in line with company values. Participate in checkout duties, cash handling, enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and support Omni-channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store). Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance, and support shrink and safety programs. Adhere to SOPs and company policies; inclusive of accommodating disabilities per company policy. Background information includes Michaels location in Sterling, VA, and store operations across 1,300+ stores in North America.
