Job Summary
Drive operational excellence and support store performance by leading a district of multiple retail locations. Coach and develop a team of Retail Managers and hourly employees while analyzing inventory, traffic, and sales data to set goals and maximize profitability. Partner with the Restaurant District Manager to ensure alignment on guest experience, cleanliness, and brand standards. Regularly visit each store to assess performance, manage expenses for a healthy profit/loss ratio, and identify growth opportunities. Requires at least five years of management experience with two in retail, ability to travel, and willingness to work holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of management experience
- At least 2 years of Retail Management experience at Cracker Barrel
- Willing and able to travel within assigned district
- Willing and able to work holidays and weekends as needed
