Retail Store Coordinator will lead and inspire teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include driving operational excellence across visual merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing; maintaining high standards of store operations and clear team communication; planning and prioritizing tasks while training Associates on service policies and procedures; developing staff in merchandise presentation and customer service; enhancing the store’s brand through eye-catching merchandise displays and collaboration on value strategies.
