Job Summary
Retail Store Coordinator responsible for driving operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing. Lead and train Associates in merchandise presentation, service policies, and store procedures; ensure clear updates and team alignment; develop eye-catching displays and enhance the store’s brand and value strategy. Requires 1-2 years retail/service experience, strong teamwork and multitasking abilities, and excellent communication and time management skills.
