Job Summary
Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, and back room merchandise processing. Maintain high standards of store operations by providing clear updates, ensuring team alignment, and guiding task prioritization. Train and develop Associates on service policies, merchandise presentation, and customer service procedures to promote collaboration and improvement. Create eye-catching displays in key areas to enhance the store's brand and value strategy. This full-time role requires a criminal record check. Required Qualifications
