Job Summary
Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences by driving operational excellence in visual merchandising, back room processing, and merchandise presentation. Plan, prioritize, and guide daily tasks while training Associates on service policies and store procedures. Maintain high standards of store operations through clear updates and team alignment to enhance the brand's value strategy. Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while fostering collaboration and improvement.
