Job Summary
Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering superior guest service and accurately operate the cash register to sell merchandise. Demonstrate the ability to interact with large masses of customers in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an awareness of all apparel and merchandise options. Keep the store fully stocked by pulling back stock and maintain displays, neatness, and proper signage. Must be 18 years or older, available nights, weekends, and holidays, and able to stand for long periods during hockey games. Compensation is $15.00 per hour for the 2026-27 AHL Season.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma
- Must be friendly and personable with excellent customer service skills
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Must be able to stand for long periods during hockey games
- Must be able to lift boxes of merchandise and move racks around store
