Job Summary
Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering superior guest service and accurately operate the cash register to sell merchandise. Maintain an awareness of all apparel and merchandise options while keeping the store fully stocked by pulling back stock. Demonstrate the ability to interact with large masses of customers in a fast-paced environment, maintaining displays, neatness, and proper signage. Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays, able to stand for long periods during hockey games, and lift boxes of merchandise. Compensation is $15.00 per hour for a part-time seasonal role from September through April.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma
- Must be friendly and personable with excellent customer service skills
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Must be able to stand for long periods during hockey games
- Must be able to lift boxes of merchandise and move racks around store
